Who you are buying from

Spoken Massage is operated by Voll Studios Ltd (company no. [CONFIRM], [CONFIRM registered address]). These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the courts of England and Wales.

What you are buying

Spoken Massage sessions are audio recordings for personal use by you and your partner. You may keep and re-download your purchases. Please do not share, resell, or publish the files. We also sell physical accessories (gear), which are shipped to the address you give at checkout.

Wellness, not medical advice

These sessions are gentle, everyday relaxation, not medical treatment. Keep your touch light, avoid sore or injured areas, and stop if anything feels wrong. If your partner is unwell, pregnant, or has any condition affecting circulation or the skin, check with a doctor first. You use the sessions at your own discretion.

Payments and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on where you are. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your download links are emailed to you and can be refreshed any time from the downloads page. Shipped items are dispatched within 2 working days with tracked delivery; the delivery estimate is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Depending on your country, imported goods may attract local customs or import charges, which are your responsibility.
