Refunds

Spoken Massage sessions are digital audio downloads. Because they are delivered instantly and can be kept once downloaded, we handle refunds as follows.

Your right to cancel

Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. That right ends once the download has started, which you agree to at checkout so you can listen straight away. Until you download, you can ask for a full refund.

Shipped items (gear)

Physical accessories such as The Bed Cradle work differently: your 14-day right to cancel is not affected by delivery. You can return any shipped item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we will send you the return address and instructions; the item should come back unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return postage unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as the oil and the massage candle can only be returned unopened, unless they are faulty. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

If something is wrong

If a file will not play, a link does not work, or you were charged in error, email us and we will fix it or refund you. We want you to be happy with what you bought.
